Tech TalkHi there,
Please perform the following steps to resolve the issue:
1- Camera > Settings of camera > Reset of camera settings.
2- Settings > apps > tap on 3 dots > show system apps > camera > storage > clear cache.
3- Check the video recording issue in safe mode.
4- Stop the background running app (Tap on the left soft key and close all the running apps).
For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung members app (Open Samsung member BETA app > BETA feedback > Send feedback > Error report > Collect log files > attach).
