yes, there is an option to add new apps from galaxy store. Sadly no such support for playstore

Your Google Play Store for Secure Folder might have been added to Deep Sleep. Remove it from there and launch it once. It will show up after that.

You can. Just delete it from main profile after cloning it to the Secure Folder.

Or download directly from the App Store inside the Secure Folder.
