As SMS based marketing, service and banking communicatiin is scaling, it is very hard to check the messages.
I wpuld suggest to bring SMS Rules.
As indian goverment categorized the sender as -P for promotion and -S for service and many more... we can group this message automatically in to separate tabs.
Also based on the emssage text also we can have this.

I think you should improve the gallery app's UI, You should add face recognition and mapping features for Photos. There is already a feature for family members so please add some certain action for some family members like a partner sharing of photos and having certain control of devices because there is no distinction currently between users and their control over devices in SmartThings. Let's say an early teen pranking via switching on and off devices

First of all Basic stuff

Reactions to messages-for us to react to them they they to us instead of new messages

Reply, mentions - reply to messages via text stickers gifs. Mentions to personal and group messages

Edit and delete(for everyone) messages option for RCS

Delivered message as tick mark or something instead of like a message notification again

Auto categories of messages like personal, transactions promotions and spam- personal for all normal messages, transactional for payment and stuff promotional for all shopping or business messages
Sub feature - seperate section for OTP would be good too or in the promotional tab and easy delete for OTPs in the notification during receive the otps itself.
Option to enable or not enable promotional notifications for both RCS and Normal messages

Bills, Payments, Routes, Track options (like a tab for reminders payments or tracking or something)- credit card, Utility bills in the app, option to enable balance check for the month or account card based.
Option to check for track orders(food or courier orders),route's or live bus tracking or train route in the app based on the links or train number/flight number with live tracking to us. Offers tab sorting promotional messages or samsung own promotional or cupons for different brands which we could search and use

Clear and more understanding way to show of using RCS(chat options) always getting confused whether sending normal or RCS message and support of dual sim rcs support
Color theme inclusion would be good too

Chat background-common chat background like images or colors or samsung wallpaper options in message background and customized for people too

A new Icon and UI(makeover) would be good too, it seems a bit outdated
