M31S do not detect 4G sim

Hi,

I am using airtel 4G sim from last few years.  Now, in M31S, its not detecting 4G.  In settings, network operator, it shows only 3G/2G/LTE

LTE is the same as 4G. If internet is working as LTE, then well and good!

yes but he is asking of the only LTE which is not provided by his service provider that's why he is not finding any option for 4G or LTE option

I don't think that is the issue because he didn't mention anything with respect to Only 4G. Guess we have to wait for him to comfirm.

yeah but the provider which don't provide only LTE service then it will not show on the network section simple thing

Be sure that you're using JIO sim because non of the other service providers are not offering only LTE(4G) services in India. Therefore there is no option to choose only LTE(4G) option in sim like Airtel and Vodafone. Thank you
