I was part of beta program. I had enrolled on 8 th April , used beta update 2 for 4 days but later it was slowing down my device and phone wasnt functioning in proper way .. so I withdraw beta service but beta update 2 was still installed in my device..
Now I want a stable official release but I am unable to get it in update software section, even I am unable to enroll again in beta service ..
I am stick in between.
Please help me !!

If you have pc then install smart switch on pc and your device and connect the device and update to the latest stable version or go to nearby service center bro

Use smart switch to backup on your device memory card or backup on your computer without losing any data

No problem go to galaxy store and search for smart switch. in official Samsung page you can download smart switch for pc. you need to install on both devices.
