Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!
Kindly follow these below mentioned troubleshooting steps to resolve Wi-Fi issue:-
1) Allow device: Settings>Connections>Mobile hotspot & Tethering>Mobile hotspot>More/three dots>allow device
2) Reset network settings: Settings>General Management>Reset>Reset Network Setting
3) Check flight mode option and turn it off
4) Turn off the power saving mode from the setting or notification panel.
5) Check device in safe mode: Press and hold the Power key, when Power off icon appears > Press and hold the power off icon.
Exit safe mode: Hold the power button and select restart on the screen.
If issue still persist, kindly send us log file through error report section from Samsung Member within 15 minutes of issue occurrence, this will help us to assist you better. (Samsung member > Get help > Send feedback > Error report > Select the issue).
