Laging issue after updating Samsung galaxy A02

Hi My Samsung galaxy A02 is lagging ofter one ui 3.1 update and Alse I'm unable to Play PUBG smoothly... 

Please solve this issue

A02's processor is not that strong to handle games like PUBG. You can try by lowering your graphics settings ingame

My galaxy tab a 10.1 2019 is also lagging after one ui 3.1
