Is my account hacked?

I had two step verification enabled but still someone managed to gain access into my account and change my name and DOB. I changed my password for both google and samsung and removed access to my google account. What else should i do?

That's not my DOB someone else changed it to a random date.

Try enabling two factor authentication to avoid this .

It was enabled even before it happened. Somehow it happened. I changed the password to a complicated one and now everything is alright.

No chance. They don't even know samsung members and none of them own a samsung.
