Is my account hacked?

I had two step verification enabled but still someone managed to gain access into my account and change my name and DOB. I changed my password for both google and samsung and removed access to my google account. What else should i do?

Change the password immediately and check if your SIM has been compromised.

Like have you shared any OTP with unknown person or your SIM is working properly..

I had selected OTP. I haven't shared any of my OTP with anyone.

In that case you mist change the password immediately and use a complicated one and change the number you've linked with your account.

By the way what kind of two step verification you are using? For eg. Is it OTP one or using any authentication app?

You should not expose sensitive information such as DOB anywhere.
