2nd one is already available bro. Open 2 apps in split screen view, then tap on the 3 dots in the middle to get a pop up in the screenshot. Tap on the circled button, and it will go into the edge panel😁

No. It's been there since One UI 3.1

I have it on galaxy tab a with one ui 1

But devices with One UI Core got edge panels, and this feature, only along with One UI 3...
