Here's mine suggestions on Galaxy Watch4 series.

•Performance need to be improved opening of any apps is slow.

•Gestures needs to be more accurate is they're not working properly, sensitivity needs to be more accurate.

•Google Assistant that's everyone wants , Yes I want too.

•Hope ECG & BP might come in future

•Can we test body temperature if any sensors is present but not activated than please add a option to test body temperature.

• Add every 10min test option for Stress level checking also every 2 hours of Blood Oxygen level test , so that those things can be done automatically which will help us lot.
