Brother in my Galaxy f62 there is black smearing problem.
In your device it is there in dark mode while scrolling. Eg.In settings specially.

Yes they are doing so much cost cutting. Also, not giving features, which our device deserves

I don't think it's for cost cutting where a processor support & you make it locked .
I think they want that we should pay more and purchase S series .
A dirty marketing policy .
