Hello Members!

Our community is a great place to discover new and innovative ideas for our devices and services. 

Innovation lab is a simple way for you to share your ideas directly with our teams.

In week 9 of #Innovationlab, we are requesting you to share your ideas for the following five themes:

1. Biometrics: General usability & improvement requests
2. S21 Series: Pre & Post launch feedback
3. Buds Pro: Pre & Post launch feedback
4. Samsung Health: Usability, improvement requests and proposals
5. Book Flex/Ion2: Feedback, requests and proposals

As a Galaxy user, feel free to suggest any improvement, new feature or make a request which you feel will help us improve the devices.

All you need to do is :

• Create a post detailing your idea/suggestion
• Include illustrations/diagrams/images or any detail you feel will help us understand it better
• Include #InnovationLab in your post title/subject

We will go through all your suggestions to bring significant improvements. Week 9 topics will be open till 14th March. Week 10 topics will be announced later.

1. biometrics:
any one can easily open the phone using face recognition while sleeping.
so in biometric security why not adding the feature of iris scanning.

It's been over a month since I've been using this S21 Ultra, and I've faced no issues yet. However with the onset of summers, the phone started to get hot, so much so, that I keep my phone in the refrigerator for 15 mins to cool off.
Also, I'm unable to get any quality accessories from Samsung that could be trusted. I'm speaking primarily about the cases and the screen protectors.

Please update M31s even M31 got updated... Though M31 is older than M31s and M31s is latest of that.
AND yes please add feature in Samsung notes which are in A50..... Bcoz A50 has some more features in notes than M31s as I have both of them I knew it very well. Also add screen recorder which too present in A50.
I insists samsung to reply this feed and do the needful changes in next update.

#InnovationLab for S9+ :
1. Option for speed restriction on mobile hotspot.
2. 'Daily Quota' for Mobile data under Billing Cycle in addition to 'Monthly'.
3. Portrait mode on primary camera. Quality of telephoto lens (on Live Focus) disappoint sometimes.
4. Group Call Logs based on Contact or phone number

Focus on quality and think of user needs instead of copying Apple. bring in 3.5 mm headphones jack in all phones and IR blaster also. improve camera quality, it's not even near to what you show in advertising
