Our community is brimming with ideas through which we can make your Galaxy experience better! Share your suggestions directly with our teams through Innovation Lab. Your feedback will be scrutinized to produce possible improvements in customer experience.

This week, we would like to look into Accessibility. Samsung Galaxy phones come with accessibility settings to help those with limited sight or hearing difficulties. For example, you can make the phone read messages aloud or light up whenever it detects a startling noise. There are also accessibility settings and customizations available for those who struggle with interaction and dexterity.

So, the topics are:

 1. Accessibility: Feedback on experiences with accessibility features and suggestions.

All you need to do is:

    1. Create a post detailing your idea/suggestion
    2. Include illustrations/diagrams/images or any detail you feel will help us understand it better
    3. Include #InnovationLab in your post title/subject

We will take a note of all your suggestions! This topic will be open till 26th May.

Samsung Disability/Accessibility  Answer Desk is not available on the Twitter app unlike Google and Apple etc. On the another hand Samsung others support and products team are available on the Twitter app. Samsung should also take care their Disabled users need like Samsung try to take care their Non-Disabled users need. Kindly Samsung give your Samsung Disability services on the Twitter app also.

I am not a Handicapped instead of I am a PWD but your insensitive behaviour and inaccessible platforms (Samsung) for the Blind are making Handicapped to me. Kindly make yours all the platforms Screen Reader (Talkback) friendly as soon as possible. Please like if u r agree.

Time spans are 4: 30- 5: 5 and 6: 34- 7:4.
This feature is useful for the Blind.For your info India is the Capital of the Blind with 1 crore 90 lakhs Blind according to the World Health Organisation.
This feature uses AI technology.
Note: These features are already in Samsung Bixby Vission app has but that app can not take a photo which we can use as a normal photo that's why I want these features in Samsung Camera app.

An organization that says it cares about diversity, equity, and inclusion must include disability and accessibility in its diversity plans. If an organization uses hashtags like #diversity, , #equity, , or #inclusion, but doesn't use alt text, its diversity efforts come off as hollow.

Samsung your Brand Ambassador does not active here, they do not answer to us and they are also do not want to help us.
This problem are occuring with your mostlly Brand Ambassadors. They even do not reply to Disabled users like me because they do not know enough about Samsung Talkback and Samsung Text To Speech Engine etc.
Please aware them about these Samsung apps, Fire inactive Samsung Brand ambassadors and make sure to give this post to whom is Disability and User friendly person in future.

Samsung Gallery app should have the option of either Auto-generate Image Description or Alternative text so any Samsung Talkback user can know about the Gallery's photo. For your information Samsung Talkback can not properly describe the image yet so Samsung Gallery must generate Auto-Description/Alt Text for Samsung Talkback users.
Auto-Image Description/Alt text is also important because 285 millions means 28 crore 50 lakhs people are Blind across the 
World and India have the largest number of severe Blind. India have more than 19 million means 1 crore 90 lakhs severe Blind cases according to the World Health Organisation and Indian enough numbers of Blind uses Samsung Mobile so Samsung should work on these features very seriously.

#InnovationLab Samsung TalkBack Tap with 2 fingure gesture actives automatically. Default work of this gesture is Pause and Resume Speech that's why TalkBack does not speak full text many times. Kindly fix it.

I am Partially Blind. Your platform isn't accessible for Screen Reader (TalkBack) users like me. Please apply App View instead of Web View, follow the Indian Government Accessibility guidelines and WCAG for making your app accessible for all including all 21 disabilities. 285 millions/28.5 crore Visually Impaired exist across the World according to the World Health Organisation.

Note: I am sharing some Google Groups. Some are useful for all the Disabilities and some are only useful for Screen Reader (Blind) Users.If links do not work that time you can copy the link text and paste in your browser. 
Accessible World: This Email List is useful for reporting Accessibility issues specially Digital accessibility issues. When a person send an issue to the service provider that time he/she send reported issue link in the Group so others members can support the issue. Reporter can choose any platform like: Twitter/X App, LinkedIn, Google Play Store Rating, Email, Microsoft Feedback Hub and Sugamya Bharat App etc.
