Innovation Lab #48: Notifications

Our community is brimming with ideas through which we can make your Galaxy experience better! Share your suggestions directly with our teams through Innovation Lab.  Your feedback will be scrutinized to produce possible improvements in customer experience.

This week, we would like to look into Notifications. This would include almost everything about the usability of app notifications such as allowing sound and vibration, silent notification, types of notification pop up, notification style, do not disturb usability, notification icons, notification history, snoozing and cancelling notifications, lock screen notifications and many more.

So, the topics are:

1. Notifications: User experience of setting and receiving app notifications

All you need to do is:

1. Create a post detailing your idea/suggestion
2. Include illustrations/diagrams/images or any detail you feel will help us understand it better
3. Include #InnovationLab in your post title/subject

#InnovationLab FAILURE OF VIDEO EDITOR SOFTWARE

Hello Team,

We all Samsung users facing video editor software problem from so many months and also get fadeup of samsung technical team who didn't give any solution on it YET..!!!

Basically Problem is when we shoot any video from cam and try to edit it like mute original sound and add Library sounds, then after compilation video play with added sound only in gallery but if we share it on social media, it become soundless.. means video didn't shared with sound which we added form samsung library and become mute video...
Lots of users already raise complaint for it... But still SAMSUNG TWVHNICAL TEAM didn't give any solution yet .. Seems They INTENTIONALLY IGNORE THIS LOOP HOLE IN THIER WORK....
I HOPE NEXT UPDATE WILL GIVE US SOLUTION ON IT...!!

Your model galaxy M31is totally failure in giving services to its owners, as after few months the system going hang and restart frequently . Your authorised centres are helpless and suggesting change of motherboard with amount around ₹8500, expressing a common fault in this model to many customers. After 12 months of use you are not accepting to replace free of cost. A big lapse and failure on your product launched .
