Hello Members!

Our community is a great place to discover new and innovative ideas for our devices and services. 

Innovation lab is a simple way for you to share your ideas directly with our teams.

In week 3 of #Innovationlab, we are requesting you to share your ideas for the following three themes:

1. Note 20: Pre/Post Launch feedback

2. Watch 3: Pre/Post Launch feedback

3. Buds Live: Pre/Post Launch feedback

As a Galaxy user, feel free to suggest any improvement, new feature or make a request which you feel will help us improve the above mentioned devices.

All you need to do is :

• Create a post detailing your idea/suggestion
• Include illustrations/diagrams/images or any detail you feel will help us understand it better
• Include #InnovationLab in your post title/subject

We will go through all your suggestions to bring significant improvements. Week 3 topics will be open till 2nd September. Week 4 topics will be announced later.

One Innovative Complaint from my side also...
When note 9, S10series and note 10 series share same Exynos processor, then Why note 9 is not eligible for android 11 software upgrade and S10 and note 10 series is eligible for android 11 software upgrade?
What more hardware superiority does S10 and note 10 series have in comparison to note 9 due to which Note 9 can not get android 11?

Some more points:
1. Stop pre-installing Rubbish Bixby, Bixby Vision, Bixby Routines etc Bixby whatever in samsung mobiles.
2. Stop pre-installing Samsung galaxy store in samsung mobiles.
3. Stop pre-installing non removable bloatwares... I dont want Facebook, Microsoft Office, AR Zone app, Samsung daily, or whatever bloatware you install.
Your One UI interface is appreciable but PLS STOP PRE-INSTALLING BLOATWARES!!!

Yes pre-installed bloatware are really problematic, they should stop it, and should the One UI clean and user friendly!

My first Samsung phone was S7 Edge..
and Second (presently using) is Note 9.
But I still feel low and mid range mobile customers shall be given due attention and care they deserves. Hence my sincere suggestion will be to extend 3 years OS upgradation to low and mid range mobiles.
They are the main and best selling products.. Take M30 and M30S for example.
