Hello Members!

Our community is a great place to discover new and innovative ideas for our devices and services. 

Innovation lab is a simple way for you to share your ideas directly with our teams.

In week 17 of #Innovationlab, we are requesting you to share your ideas for the following three themes:

1. Galaxy A32 (5G,LTE) / Galaxy A02: Post launch feedback
2. New Galaxy A Series (A02/A12/A32/A42/A52/A72): Launch feedback & competitive VOCs
3. Android Auto: Feedback on ease of installation, usability, application availability and competitiveness

As a Galaxy user, feel free to suggest any improvement, new feature or make a request which you feel will help us improve the devices.

All you need to do is :

• Create a post detailing your idea/suggestion
• Include illustrations/diagrams/images or any detail you feel will help us understand it better
• Include #InnovationLab in your post title/subject

We will go through all your suggestions to bring significant improvements. Week 17 topics will be open till 9th May. Week 18 topics will be announced later.

My camera is not working.when I tap on it ,it shows "camera keeps stopping" .I have samsung A20s .I have recently updated software ,restarted my phone but camera is still not working.
Please fix this or give directions to fix this problem as quickly as possible.

I am also facing great difficulty to operate camera functionalities smoothly right from day 1. 2 months gone to make them understand what issue really is, sent even images which service center couldn't trace through. Wrote to CEO as well. I assume some international associate of Samsung needs to get involved immediatelymeanwhile what they could do is to refund. Also compensate for the harrassment offered to your veryown customers.

Sincere request, stop over burdening your good self.

Instead of even dreaming about so called concept of#InnovationLabs! , Simply buckle your shoes to upgrade all the facilities and functionalities to work atleast like and ordinary phone atleast. More over, why double standards to refund? I couldn't continue operating advanced functions of camera for day 30 minutes long, what on earth made you include such **bleep** into flagship.

Issue identified and reported on day1, 2 months passed by, still just waiting with great disregard!

If you can't resolve the basics you promised that too in your flagships, why you even expect false hope of Innovation? What **bleep** things you are leading to?


Admin stop #InnovstonLabs! And focus on promised deliverables please 🙏🏼.
