[Innovation Lab #16] - Share your ideas with us in #InnovationLab!

Hello Members!

Our community is a great place to discover new and innovative ideas for our devices and services. 

Innovation lab is a simple way for you to share your ideas directly with our teams.

In week 16 of #Innovationlab, we are requesting you to share your ideas for the following three themes:

1. Samsung Health: New requirements, requests for improvements and fixes.
2. Smart Switch
3. Galaxy Wearable App: Feedback on connectivity, usability and requests for additional features

As a Galaxy user, feel free to suggest any improvement, new feature or make a request which you feel will help us improve the devices.

All you need to do is :

• Create a post detailing your idea/suggestion
• Include illustrations/diagrams/images or any detail you feel will help us understand it better
• Include #InnovationLab in your post title/subject

We will go through all your suggestions to bring significant improvements. Week 16 topics will be open till 2nd May. Week 17 topics will be announced later.

over heating . cant use any app ... phone itself show a pop up msg thats it overheated cant use any app. samsung service centre even changed the board , still facing the same issue ...

Have you tried getting a refund with the warranty claim?or they only provide replacement?

i tried , they wont replace it .... theu just extended phones warranty 6 months

and the battery life is so so poor

That's too bad.if all fails,my advice then is sell it for around 30k and get either the Snapdragon variant or something else.i think the SD one will serve you well without the issues that the Exynos variant has.SD is the way to go, when it comes to choosing Samsung phones.i'm using F62 and the phone heats up like hell even when doing non-intensive tasks.
