Hello Members!

Our community is a great place to discover new and innovative ideas for our devices and services. 

This week, we are starting #InnovationLab, a simple way for you to share your ideas directly with our teams!

In week 1 of #Innovationlab, we are requesting you to share your ideas for the following three themes:

1. Galaxy Store
2. Bluetooth
3. Samsung Pay

As a Galaxy user, feel free to suggest any improvement, new feature or make a request which you feel will help us improve the above mentioned apps/features.

All you need to do is :

• Create a post detailing your idea / suggestion
• include illustrations/diagrams/images or any detail you feel will help us understand it better
• Include #InnovationLab in your post title

We will go through all your suggestions to bring significant improvements. Week 1 topics will be open till 2nd August. Week 2 topics will be announced later.

why is my headset isn't connecting with my phone via Bluetooth? I can literally see the name on the list but when I try to pair it, takes long time displaying pairing but while later it says check setting in the device and try again. I tried to connect my headset to TV and laptop it works even another Samsung phone.
my phone is Samsung galaxy j7 pro.

camera software needs to be improved. samsung s20 ultra a flagship phone....but lacks some basic features....just taking wonderful pictures is not enough...adding my own name stamp/signature/watermark on the pics i take would be wonderful....

scene presets on camera itself would also be good...rather than post editing the pics

there is a charging problem with M31 when it charged100% it will not spot chagring i mean auto cut, the charger chage the phone after full 100%charge continually changring it may cause phone blast.... solve this plzzz sir..
