Indian mobile operator VODAFONE IDEA LTD don't support VOLTE service

Hi all 

As I buy this operator sim but it seem they not provide VOLTE service in Samsung 

According to Vodafone idea  Ltd customer support tell 

AS WE CAN CHECK THAT YOUR MOBILE SAMSUNG A50 ISN'T COMPATIBLE WITH VOLTE SERVICES HENCE CONTACT TO YOUR MOBILE COMPANY FOR ASSISTANCE -- From Vodafone idea Ltd

Sorry buddy, no problems with mine😬. In fact I had problems with Vodafone that's why I ported to Airtel and ever since then I had no network issues

I have airtel already but its number is corporate plan

That is incorrect that the device is not compatible for VOLTE service. Try using another telecom provider and if you are able to use Volte Services then the issue is with VODAFONE IDEA.

as I contact now to them the 12345 adviser saying it's not compatible but nodel office saying its compatible and there is 4g service available in your circle

with customer service like this...no wonder they are in heavy loss. took me days and hours of waiting in line to convert from post to prepaid. now going to port.
