Document the Feedback: I'll create a detailed report documenting your feedback regarding the Camera Diagnostic feature.
Escalate to the Development Team: I'll forward this report to the relevant development team responsible for the Phone Diagnostic feature.
Advocate for Improvement: I'll advocate for the inclusion of diagnostics for all cameras in future updates of the Phone Diagnostic feature.
Internal Review: I will request for an internal review and check with all devices of Samsung if they have the same problem and come to a solution.
In the meantime, if you experience any specific issues with the top or bottom rear cameras on your A34, please let me know. While the Phone Diagnostic feature may not be able to specifically test those cameras, there may be other troubleshooting steps we can try.
