How to show hide screen content when app is backgrounded?

Earlier, one of the features on my galaxy device was 'app content in the background could be hidden'. But after the One UI 3.1 update, I see those feature is missing. 
Can anyone tell me if these features are really missing, or if I can access this feature in any other way.

No there is another option named "Hide Content", With the help of which the content of the background app could be blurred.

that means on same place that option was available right? i didn't notice ever but if not showing then uts removed i guess 🤔
