How to do temporary cloud backup samsung on 5g mobile network

When I go to Settings/General/Rest - Temporary Cloud Backup

it only allows to do a back connected to WiFi 
Is it possible to do it on a Mobile 5G Network

It is not possible on mobile data. You need to connect to a Wi-Fi network.
