Its really secure, others can't access it,now when it comes to Samsung(obviously they also can't access it), but i cane across incidents where Samsung can disable secure folder of buyers buying their devices with samsung finance+(ab ye nahi pata exactly kya scene hai)..but overall secure folder is really secure and gives you strong protection and privacy .
