Recheck if same comes note swelling on your back and get it checked by Samsung service centre.

Press *#9900# on your dialpad.

Go to the end of the list where you will find "Reset Battery Stats".
Touch that, press okay and restart your device and check again in members app if it's still showing you action required or not.

Btw how's the battery backup on your device? Is there anything visible which indicates battery swelling?

Check unused apps and put them to immediate sleep mode..

And if this issue occurred recently,perform wipe cache partition or take backup and perform factory reset(if feasible to you)

Perform these steps and if problem still persists ,then visit service center

Saw this yesterday night,
It's strange bro, one year old device showing battery issue?.

1) are you a power user n how many times do you charge ur device a day ?

2) I've read ur comments n understand there's no bulging, so it might be some mis communication from the battery IC side, did you do any of those battery checkup USSD codes?

3) if possible download that phone doctor plus app and run that battery test plugged in and plugged off, and see what happens 😊?

Hmm..saw it, next is natural calibration and if it didn't fix then if you are brave do the USSD as given in that website (only if u understand the risks, hope just natural calibration is enough to fix it)😊👍🏼

And there is no battery swelling,
But after the one ui4.1 update the battery doesn't last for 1 day🥲.
