Help me with sim carrier (google play setting)

Sometimes the sim name does not come in place of the SIM carrier of Google Play Settings. Why can it happen like this?

You can try these troubleshooting steps
1) power off your phone
2) remove the sim card
3) insert the sim card
4) power off your phone
