I have Galaxy Fold and there are similar modes in this phone. previously I used vivid. it has more punchy colors but I didn't like as I prefer more natural color. after switching the natural, I've noticed a slight difference in battery. It does save battery but the percentage is not very much. So it's basically about your eye comfort, whichever suits and not about battery. btw. if you want to save more battery then use a dark static wallpaper. don't use aod. keep off all switches like Bluetooth, wifi and location off if not required. uninstall any third party app which is simply sitting in background and consuming unnecessary battery. also use the device care features. like close background apps and use the "app sleep" mode in device care-battary
