Galaxy Buds Plus - Right pod is not working

Today received the Pods. But when I connect its the battery percentage of left ear bud and case. Always shows right as disconnected. 

I downloaded the update but it is not allowing me to update as left side shows disconnected. Help me with the solution.

Same here.. I just received them today and have same problem with my right pod. It always says disconnected and won't let me update as well.

Any solution helps

i have also ordered buds Plus but didn't got upto now,
is prolem resolved or not, please advise me otherwise can i cancel my order & get refund in my account back???
