Galaxy A50 selfy camera glitch

I purchased the A50 device over one month ago. And naxt day of purchase i updated the device. And when i opened the selfy camera there was a rainbow effect in live camera and in the pics and videos after shoot. Anyone can see clearly those ranbow type lines. I contaced customer care and they were failed to help me. I tried many things to fix this probleb and but result was zero..

I was busy so i could not go to service center.

 I dont think this glitch will be fix in service center.

I want samsung to give me a new device. Otherwise i will not purchase any phone in future from samsung.

use another app instead of Samsung camera may be it's working!

i used two another third party apps but same thing happens in selfy camera

waste of mony bro for the purchase of a50 mobile its camera performance are very poor after updates and fingerprint too ..and Samsung Electronics are do not taking any initiatives for this product

Hi yes even I had the same problem, to resolved it you need to visit any nearest Samsung care and ask them to replace the motherboard... then only can resolved it as there is no fault of camera
