Please follow the below mentioned steps in order to resolve the issue:-
> Check the DND option in the device (if enable kindly disable the same).
>Clear the Cache of the app (setting>>apps>>tap on top 3 corner dots>>show system app>>phone app>>storage>>clear cache).
> Perform the reset app preference (setting>>apps>>three dots on the right top>>reset app preferences).
> Perform the reset settings (settings>>general management>>reset>>reset settings).
> Run the device in safe mode and check the issue.
