I am using galaxy F62 from last few days & notice that battery draining very fast compare to its huge capacity also after completing its learning usage pattern. Also its getting heat in normal facebook & instagram reels scrolling. I think its have issues with software optimization. Request to samsung pls fix this issue with coming software update. Its have huge battey but getting backup like 4500 mah battery & heating in normal app usage.
Samsung team please fix this two issue with coming software update for better using the device.

I'm also facing battery drain issue. Although, it's a 7k mah battery, with heavy use, it will hardly last for 1 day and Normal use for 1.5 days. Although this phone has a flagship processor, the maximum output and optimisation is not given by Samsung. Dear Samsung, kindly resolve these issues.

Hlo samsung Plz give software update do better optimization properly so that battery works better. You says it's a flagship phone but performance is also not satisfactory plz resolved it through software update u compare exynos 9825 with snapdragon 855 but saying truth it's performance is also low then snapdragon 720g.so plz resolved it
