Fingerprint is not getting register

After the recent software update in galaxy A50, security patch November 1, I wanted to re register my fingerprint.  But after removing I am not able to register fingerprint. It is showing continously "cover the entire sensor " I tried a lot of ways, but it is not working. 

Please fix this issue

I talked to customer support and they told that soon a new software update is coming to solve this issue
