Facebook Messenger Incoming Call not Showing on Display (Screen)

Greetings !

I am a customer of Samsung Galaxy M31s, When I receive calls from people on Facebook Messenger I can hear the sound of the phone ringing but there no visible notifications on the screen to actually allow me to pick up the phone. After the caller has hung up I do get a notification about the missed call. Facebook Messenger App are up to date. I turned off Background Activitiy Months Ago Due to Messenger Draining Battery Badly, still call was showing on screen if anyone call, unfortunately Call not Showing on Display for the last one week, However Facebook Messenger Call will Show up in Screen when background activity turn on, But Whatsap does not have this problem even if the background activity turned off or on, Can anyone help me figure out how to fix this ?🤔

Have you updated messenger before arrival of this issue ??
Check all permissions are given or not .
Turn off background activity and then clear cache of messenger and then see
Or
May be you have to turn on background activity.

Try putting this app on Sleep and turn on background activity and observe both things battery and call screen

Ashu I have tried all these things before l reported here but failed, This happened after the latest software update on December 22 please see the attached Screen shot of software update Details, Before software updates Call was showing in Screen Even though background activity is off , Of course when I turn on the background activity I do not have this problem but the problem that cause my battery drains terribly, Not any other apps drains battery except Facebook Messenger so l did not turn off any other apps background activity except Facebook Messenger, There was a problem like this a few months ago which meant that messenger notification was not received on Facebook Messenger, this problem resolved automatically when the next software update, It looks like this issue will be resolved in the next software update, Thanks for your Feedback and consideration 👍🙏🏻Screenshot_20220111-144340_Software update.jpg
