Upgrade RAM ? mobile motherboards are very different than Desktop ones.
Every Component is solderied to the Board unlike desktop which are modular

No, its not, making a modular device is really hard. Google tried it and it was a mess and no one liked it.

And about separate slots, newwr phones have esim support, which means there is no need of dedicated slots.
