Driving mode Do not disturb

It is observed that driving mode do not disturb service is automatically activated when ever i am driving. I have deleted the service from do not disturb option but still it is automatically created and activated again. I am using s21ultra. 

How to deactivate it? Please guide.

Settings -> google -> personal safety -> turn off
