Dont buy samsung 5g devices

If anyone who is intrested to buy a 5g mobile for a long term of usage dont choose samsung mobiles. Here are the reasons

1. Locking processor capabilty

They hype that the mobile have powerful 5g processor like sd 778g,sd 750g or dimensity processors. But they will lock the proceesor & will not enable Carrier aggregation and speed. Best example for this case is samsung f62. Samsung hyped this device has speedy like note10 but performance is poor of f62 & it doesnt have carrier aggregation. 

2. Poor Network Reception 

Even samsung 4g Network mobiles doesnt have proper network as excepted. Even this much devlopment of 4g samsung 4g mobiles like M51, F62, M31s, A32 have poor Network coverage & poor net speeds.

3. Stupid & useless customer care

If you buy a 5g device and if you get low speeds then samsung doesnt care your issues. Thier customer care support people are truly genius if ask for a 6g update they will say it will be avaliable in next update.

**** Highlight point is they will do all these things with intention in the name of price cut to just get profits & to cheat customer.******* 

Dont buy a samsung 5g phone in india where even samsung 4g phones are not good upon good 4g era.

Yes they keep trying to fool around, CEO also not at all bothered to respond, then why there's option to communicate to CEO? Even simple acknowledge receipt is also due from CEO and director as well.

They even harrass when asked for refund.

2 service center have different reports for same substandard products!

How Samsung could justify that?

Samsung phones which come with SD 750g/778g has 4 Carrier Aggregation.
Even my Galaxy A7 2018 had 2 CA.
M42 5g has 4CA.
