Dim light photography with front camera

I own a note 20 ultra and I do not find front camera pictures good when compared to other mobile below this range. And the low light photos, It is really bad. It is just a black photo. The video from the front camera is also not good. Photos and videos are very good in extreme light condition but bad in low light. 

Please let me know if you can help me. I am very disappointed with this.

No advice from moderator. only messaging. Low light photography can be handled by Pro mode. Choose a wide aperture, or low shutter speed and fast ISO.
