Deleted contacts recovery after emptying recycle bin in samsung a7

Dears,

Can anyone help me or guid how i can recover the contacts which are deleted and also cleaned empty from recycle bin from my Samsung Galaxy A7 mobile. Since it was a big mistake happend by me i really appreciate if anyone can help on this subject

I would suggest to go the service center as they have dedicated software for recovery specially for Samsung. If they can't help, i can't say anything. About contact, you should sync with Google account for contact back up or use 3rd party app like super backup.
try setting up Google account again and start sync. if they had backup it Will restore.

if you saved in gmail then you can get from Google, for more easy way download Google contact app from playstore

if your contact saved in any cloud storage, than you will recover your contacts yourself.
otherwise contract Samsung service center
