One UI 4.1 will offer users a Customizable Ram Plus feature. Previously, Samsung Phones which supports Ram Plus only gets 4 GB of Virtual Ram. But, Now users can choose that thing from 2 GB to 8 GB as shown in the Image.

Though Ram Plus a.k.a. Virtual Memory wouldn't drastically change the Phone's multitasking experience, but You can store more apps on Ram.
