It would have been lot better if the OneUI launcher had an inbuilt widget maker like KWGT and the dock was optional (like in Nova launcher or Lawnchair). Customizable homescreen would look awesome for the newer devices. I am sharing screenshots of some of the homescreens I developed and used.
