Clear Partition Cache

[Tej-S20FE-5G]

1. Does clearing partition cache really helps to delete all temporary files / cache?

2. In storage analyze, huge space i.e. about 20 gb is showing in "others" head (not system files, as the system files are available separately under the head system). Same is not accessible. How to clear that space?

Please share solution if anyone knows.

Others include many files including secure folder content, not only cache.
