How to understand my charger is 15watt or above, where is it written in charger label/printed text?

multiply Volt (V) and Ampere (A) values written on charger, choose maximum value of both it will give you Watt.

5.0 V and 1.0 A, so 5x1=5, its a 5 Watt charger not 15 Watt

Have any problem if I used below 15 w? Or any loss for this charger? This Charger in my phone box.

not a problem but if using less wattage charger, the charging time will increase
