I have been using Galaxy devices from 2013, every single phone from S4 to S10. But never did I buy a mid range phone from Samsung, how are they? How do they work?

don't buy them,
just buy the budget tier like M series if you wanna buy a mobile under low cost, u can use it for how long you could later throw it away, but with the mid tier which Costs around 30k doesn't give that much of a experience/performance compared to the competition(asus/Realme) and the updates are slow as hell, after buying with 30k you have to use it for year atleast, as it costs you that much, which i believe you won't be feeling good about using them.
its only my personal opinion so, and it always has been "With Samsung either buy a flagship or a low tier, middle **bleep**".
Buy whatever you like in the end, all these opinions doesn't matter if you like it.
