Can we link android wear to samsung health?

Greetings,

Can someone please let me know if anyone of the below are possible??

1. Linking android wear device to samsung health

2. Linking google fit to samsung health or vice-versa

I just wanted to know if there is any way to syncup the stats recorded by a device from samsung with a Google health app or vice-versa.
