Camera Not focusing in Galaxy Note20 ultra

Camera for My Galaxy Note 20 ultra is not focusing.

I need to zoom it to 5x I ordere to get a focused pic. 

Or sometimes I have to close and open the ca.era application to get a good focus .

Can someone guide , what could be the issue?

No such issue for me. Are there any other obscure objects in between the camera & the subject?

I think they updated it few months back. Before that, yes, there were some issues.

Try to Reset Camera. Wipe Cache from Recovery Menu.

Same issue..
