Call issues in A71

Samsung A71 (SM-A715) handset has come up with yet another problem - no sound is heard or sent during calls, i.e. neither the caller or the receiver can hear anything. When switching to loudspeaker mode, I can hear the other party, but they can't hear me. I've checked by turning off VoWiFi and Bluetooth as well. The issue occurs for both sim cards. 

Is anyone else facing the same?

In Mic Test (Interactive Tests), it was able to record but couldn't play. (No sound)

Perform Interactive checks through Samsung Members app (Samsung Member> Get Help> Interactive checks>......

It failed ''In Call Speaker'' and ''Media Speaker'' tests

then bro, take screen shot of that
and do visit service centre as its a matter of physical inspection

It's seems you disappointed as my device has no issue. It's India btw
