You can set call background with the video and video's music as ringtone on your mobile for both sim, download and enjoy new feature of Samsung.
You can set call background by using AR Emoji, here is the step by following that you can set for your mobile,
1- Open Call App
2- Open settings
3- Click on Call background
4- Select sim on which you want to set call background
5- Select Background
6- Click on plus to add
7- tlThere is 2 option (a) select from gallery (b) Create using AR Emoji
8- Select Emoji you want to play with
9- From the below you can select backgroung music
