Blurring effect in Samsung Camera photos

Dear Samsung,

Pls. confirm are you upgrading the Camera software for better picture quality and stability in the OneUI2. I am using Samsung A50s model.

Pictures are more blurry with 48 MP Camera as compared to 12 MP camera.

You have not utilized full potential of IMX sensor. Pls. add sharpness in images

Your software lags in clarity and unnesseraliry

De-sharpen images.

Pls. update urgently.

Hi there,

Please perform the following steps to resolve the issue:

1. Check the Picture size in camera settings and set aspect ratio.
2. Turn on/off the Auto Flash.
3. Reset camera settings (Open camera app > Camera settings > reset settings).
4. Check for the latest device O/S (Settings > Software Update > Download updates manually).

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung members application (Open Samsung members app > click on “+“icon > send feedback > error report / ask question).

Dear Team,
I have reported this issue after doing all kinds of troble shooting, pls. admit your Camera Software is in compitent. Problem is due to lack of Sharpness, as software unnecesarily smoothes the picture.
