Biometric means I am talking about Fingerprint sensor and face unlock. I am writing this specially for Fingerprint unlock
The Fingerprint unlock in Samsung Galaxy smartphone are very slow. This can be observed in both type that is in Indisplay Fingerprint scanner and also in Physical Fingerprint scanner
I had also use phones from other brands(personally) such as Redmi, Honor, Realme, Oneplus,etc
And unfortunately all of them can unlock in milliseconds and in One touch.
On the other hand my Galaxy never unlocks my phone in one touch. 
It seems that SAMSUNG had used very cheap Fingerprint scanner

Mine is Samsung Galaxy m31s! 
I don't know if this problem is with my device only.

its not about type of sensor its about the time os processing!!

The problem is not with the sensor, but with the processor.

Same like, my LG phone with 13 mp takes better pictures than my 48 mp Samsung phone.

All can depend upon the processing of the phone.

Processor 🤣🤣🤣 Then how can my M31s do it in literally milliseconds?? Stop blaming everything on the processor.

This is why I blame processor.
M31s processor is good enough.
I samsung had used same sensor, it would have been slow.

the thing is that the display turns on slow of about 2 milliseconds while when we keep the display turnd on the phone unlocks instantly. [all the description have been first tested by me in my galaxy A7 (2018)]
