Automatic rename new recorded video files or captured photos as series of Choice

Hi,

I wanted to rename my video files like as per date, time including what type of fps video is recorded. I am able to do manually from rename option, but it will be more convenient, if it gets changed by default as per user defined series that user wants, if an option get included in settings menu:

Example: Renaming series I want ‐ 

Current date and time with fps (for video)

Or

Current date and time with ratio (for photos)
